We have a new sister site spamsnapper.to  that has a list of ip addresses attempting to break into servers.

A great addition to your firewall!

This was the subject of the last e-mail from this looser:

"100500 ukranian daily killed, grilled, eated and whatever you like"

We have noticed a new trend for scammers. They send their spam from unsuspecting hosts but they host their scam web page on Cloudflare servers. Might be time for a firewall blacklist to block networks where scammers web sites reside.

We are getting many requests that do no follow the instructions below and will be blocked to conserve the resources for request that follow the instructions properly. Believe me we do not have a problem blocking email that waste our workers time. It is considered abuse.


We use ARIN.NET to find networks associated with IP addresses sending spam.

We only deal in IP addresses.

http://multirbl.valli.org/lookup/  is the best way to check the list.

If you would like to use this list please send a request with a belief description of usage and the IP addresses you will be connecting from. 

Instructions for a removal request

You have to lookup the IP address on arin.net's whois or similar. There you will find the "Abuse" contact information.

 Example: lookup 8.8.8.8 and the abuse role e-mail contact information is "network-abuse@google.com"

This E-mail address listed is the only one accepted for removal request for the your IP address!!!!!

The request has to come from the listed abuse e-mail address for the network in question!

Some networks are now listing the customer directly with ARIN.net. We will always use the "parent" networks abuse contact.

Use spamgrouper@spamgrouper.to request removal from the list.

 Normal response is up to 30 days due to limited staff.

Our staff works with "blinders" on and following these strict rules and will error on the side not accepting a request by deleting it!

They open the e-mail and lookup the requested IP on arin.net/whois to see what the abuse roles e-mail is and if they do not match exactly the e-mail is promptly deleted. If they match then they look at the headers of the e-mail to make sure it is not just a spoofed e-mail. After it passes the senders test they lookup the history of the network of the IP and if it has a history of spamming they delete it promptly. If the request is genuine and the network dose not have a history of spamming they will reply with a single word in the reply "removed". All the comments like "we are not spammers" and "we do not send spam" can confuse the staff and could result in deleting the request. We have to use these methods to keep up with the work load so we cam process the valid request in a timely manner.

If you do not get a response, then your request did not follow the instructions or your IP addresses have a history of spamming or supporting spammers and was deleted!

We still get lots of request that do not follow the instructions and are promptly deleted!!
